    Ms. Klein concentrates her practice in employee benefits law, including designing and advising clients with respect to tax qualified pension, profit sharing and 401(k) plans, tax sheltered annuities, health and welfare plans, employee stock ownership plans, non qualified deferred compensation, incentive compensation arrangements and severance and early retirement incentive programs. She is experienced with ERISA and COBRA issues, employee benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions, and security law issues relating to employee benefit plans.

    Ms. Klein is a frequent lecturer on employee benefits issues.
