    With over 25 years of experience in the employee benefits field, Ms. Klein advises employers both large and small, public and privately held, for-profit and tax-exempt, on the design and compliance of all manner of employee benefit plans and programs, from the smallest fringe benefit to executive suite compensation, including pension, profit-sharing and 401(k), 403(b) and 457 retirement plans and employee stock ownership plans; health, life insurance, disability and other welfare plans, cafeteria and flexible spending account plans; severance and early retirement incentive programs; incentive compensation programs; and nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements.

    In addition, Ms. Klein provides guidance on fiduciary and other issues arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"); health plan compliance requirements under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 ("COBRA"); benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions; and security law issues relating to employee benefit plans.

    Ms. Klein is a regular speaker at the Northeast Benefits Conference co-sponsored by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries and the Internal Revenue Service as well as other industry groups.
