Ms. Cook counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including matters involving workforce reductions, workplace investigations, unemployment insurance, family and military leave, employee discipline and wage and hour issues. She represents management in collective bargaining, labor arbitrations, collective actions under the FLSA, and employment discrimination litigation in federal and state courts and before the EEOC and the Human Rights Division. Ms. Cook's practice also includes in-house labor and employment training for employers.
