    Mr. Gaal represents clients in union representation campaigns and unfair labor practice proceedings under the National Labor Relations Act, arbitration proceedings and collective bargaining, employment discrimination matters under State and Federal law (including sexual harassment issues), wrongful discharge litigation, and early retirement/downsizing issues.

    Mr. Gaal has extensive experience in the Healthcare industry having had lead responsibility for the Labor and Employment Law matters at several Upstate, New York hospitals and nursing home facilities in a wide variety of matters over many years.

    Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gaal clerked for the Hon. John A. Danaher, U. S. Court of Appeals for District of Columbia Circuit (1977-1978).
