Ms. Cook concentrates her practice in Labor and Employment Law. She has counseled and represented Colleges and Universities in labor arbitration proceedings and discrimination matters under State and Federal law and before State and Federal courts and agencies. Ms. Cook counsels Higher Education institutions in various labor and employment related matters, such as student and staff accommodation issues under the ADA and Section 504, student disciplinary proceedings, and tenure and contract disputes.
