    Mr. Olivo's experience in the public sector has included every form of litigation under New York's Taylor Law, as well as negotiations, disciplinary proceedings, and arbitrations. He has extensive experience representing school districts and municipalities in Education Law § 3020-a proceedings, Civil Service Section 75 hearings, employment litigation matters and labor relations counseling. He has also provided legal representation to numerous cities, villages, towns and special districts in their labor matters involving police, fire, sanitation, blue collar and white collar employees, teachers, administrators and non-instructional staff, with units ranging from as few as seven in number to several hundred employees.
