Mr. Dole practices Labor and Employment Law and has represented Colleges and Universities in a variety of employment matters, in particular, in employment discrimination lawsuits in State and Federal courts. He has lectured on a variety of Labor and Employment Law topics. Mr. Dole has also been a Visiting Professor of Law at the Syracuse University College of Law and an Associate Clinical Professor of Law at Cornell Law School.

Following law school Mr. Dole clerked for the Hon. John E. Sprizzo, United States District Judge for the Southern District of New York (1988-1989).
