Labor & Employment Attorney

Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC, a full-service law firm of 285 attorneys with 15 offices that are located across New York State, as well as in Boston, Kansas City, FL and NJ, is seeking an associate attorney with at least two years of experience in labor & employment, or at least two years of experience in litigation with a strong interest in labor & employment law. Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials and communication skills.
Location: Syracuse and New York, NY/Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible

Representing management exclusively, our attorneys serve large corporations, medium and small businesses, startups, entrepreneurs, nonprofit corporations and public sector entities. Skills and Educational Requirements:
- Current NY Bar admission
- J.D. degree from accredited law school
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and promptly respond to client’s needs
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
- Committed to legal profession and teamwork approach
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Bond offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits package and a dynamic, collegial work environment. The estimated salary range for the NYC based position is $140,000 - $175,000 and is negotiable depending on experience and qualification of candidate.
