Public Finance Attorney

Location: Albany, Buffalo or Syracuse, NY/Hybrid Work Arrangement Possible
Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, strong writing and verbal communication skills and 2-7 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:
- tax-exempt financing, as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and/or borrower’s counsel (preferred, but not required);
- commercial finance;
- tax law; and/or
- municipal law
