Candidates must have outstanding academic credentials, strong writing and verbal communication skills and 2-7 years’ experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • tax-exempt financing, as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel and/or borrower’s counsel (preferred, but not required);
  • commercial finance;
  • tax law; and/or
  • municipal law
