Attorney Ingrid S. Palermo Joins Bond, Schoeneck & King's Rochester Office

(Rochester, NY) Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC (BS&K) is pleased to welcome Ingrid S. Palermo to the Firm as Senior Counsel in the Business Restructuring, Creditors' Rights and Bankruptcy Practice Group. She resides in the Firm's Rochester, New York office. Ms. Palermo represents secured creditors, unsecured creditors, and debtors in out-of-court workouts, bankruptcy proceedings and foreclosure actions throughout the country. She also assists taxing authorities and governmental entities in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Palermo was formerly associated with the firm of Harter Secrest & Emery LLP in Rochester, New York and previously was the Confidential Law Clerk to Hon. John C. Ninfo, II of the Bankruptcy Court of Western District of New York and was a US Attorney General Honor's Program Attorney in the United States Trustee's Office for the Eastern District of New York.

Ms. Palermo is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College (B.A., 1993) and Western New England College School of Law (J.D., 1996), where she was Note Editor of the Western New England Law Review (1995-1996).
