Bond Announces Katherine S. McClung Has Joined The Firm

(Rochester, NY): Ms. McClung is a Labor and Employment attorney who counsels employers in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters, including addressing wage and hour issues, responding to claims of employment discrimination, harassment, wrongful discharge and retaliation, drafting personnel policies and employee manuals, and dealing with unfair labor practice charges and collective bargaining issues. She represents clients in state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation proceedings, and in matters before the United States Department of Labor, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York Public Employment Relations Board. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McClung worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York City.

Ms. McClung is a member the Monroe County Bar Association (Litigation Section) and the Greater Rochester Association for Women Attorneys and is a volunteer at the Volunteer Legal Services Project of Monroe County, Inc. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester and New York University School of Law.
