Buffalo School Board Taps Bond Labor Attorney to Break Union Negotiations Deadlock

(Buffalo, NY): As reported in a May 17, 2015 Buffalo News article by Sandra Tan, after more than a decade of failing to reach a contract agreement with the teachers union, the Buffalo School Board unanimously agreed to hire downstate labor law attorney Terry O’Neil. O’Neil is well known as a highly effective labor and employment law attorney handling difficult public sector labor negotiations. He has represented some of the largest municipalities in the State of New York, e.g., Nassau and Westchester Counties, and the cities of Yonkers, Mount Vernon and Buffalo.
