Caroline M. Westover Named Chair of Bond’s Immigration Law Practice

(Syracuse, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King is pleased to announce Caroline M. Westover, a member in the firm’s Syracuse office, has been named chair of the firm’s immigration law practice.

Caroline has extensive experience counseling and representing employers in all facets of employment-based immigration. She represents employers in a broad array of sectors including: industrial/manufacturing, financial services, technology and communications, professional services, higher education and health care. Caroline’s immigration practice focuses on the representation of employers in the preparation, filing and adjudication of employment-based applications for temporary (non-immigrant) workers.  In addition, she assists employers in their efforts to obtain employment-based permanent residency (green card) status and individual naturalization status for their employees. Finally, Caroline assists employers with employment verification issues, including E-Verify and I-9 compliance matters.
