From consumer affairs to employment disputes, class action litigation is on the rise, and can consume vast resources from an unprepared organization. In this program, we’ll focus on ways an organization may avoid class action litigation with well drafted arbitration agreements. We’ll also discuss some basic procedural safeguards that every in-house counsel should know about, in case their organization is faced with a class action lawsuit.
