- Lawrence Peikes, Wiggin and Dana LLP (Stamford, CT) will moderate the panel discussion, which will focus on several significant decisions issued over the summer by the U.S. Supreme Court and the Circuit Courts of Appeal regarding the enforceability of arbitration agreements and class / collective action waivers.
- Panelists will also discuss the pros and cons of arbitration and recent developments in off-the-clock litigation. At the conclusion of the program, the panelists will field questions from participants.
