NYC Mayor to Consider Amendment to Pay Transparency Law

As a bonus to Bond’s May 3 Back to Business webinar, Bond higher education attorney Lisa Feldman discussed a new amendment to New York City’s salary transparency law that is now headed to Mayor Eric Adams, who is expected to sign it. If it becomes law, the amendment will delay the effective date to November 1 and likely be followed by new guidance.
