She is an experienced litigator who has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout New York State, including a recent employment discrimination jury trial in federal court. Sharon regularly represents businesses, professionals and public entities in business and commercial disputes involving business acquisitions, business dissolutions, trade secrets, unfair competition, false claims and contract breaches. She also has experience in employment law litigation and has conducted sensitive internal investigations and has assisted employers with regulatory compliance, responses to government investigations, risk management and employment agreements.
