Sharon M. Porcellio Recognized in New York Law Journal’s “Lawyers Who Lead by Example”

(Buffalo, NY): Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC is pleased to announce that Sharon M. Porcellio, a member in the firm's Buffalo office, will be recognized for Public Service on September 20 by the New York Law Journal at the 2016 Lawyers Who Lead by Example dinner. Attorneys recognized in this category have demonstrated leadership through careers in public service or devotion to improving the legal system and the profession in New York.

Sharon is an experienced litigator who has tried cases in state and federal courts throughout New York State. She is Co-Chair of the Advisory Group to the New York Federal-State Judicial Council; a Past Chair of the New York State Bar Association Commercial and Federal Litigation Section; a Certified Mediator for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York; and a member of the standing New York State Commercial Division Advisory Council established to help the Commercial Division better understand and respond to the needs of the business community. Additionally, Sharon is a member of the National Deans Council for Arts, Sciences and Engineering at the University of Rochester; and on the Board of Directors of Luminina Corporation's Hope Chest Wellness and Dragon Boat Programs.
