Syracuse Attorneys Honored as CNY's "40 Under 40" Winners

Speno will be honored on November 20, 2013, as Central New York's "40 Under 40" Winners, which recognizes Central New York professionals and leaders under the age of forty who exemplify leadership in their business accomplishments and community involvement.

Christa Cook is a Labor and Employment Law attorney who counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law. She assists clients in navigating matters involving workforce reductions, internal investigations, workplace diversity, unemployment insurance, workplace harassment, union avoidance, ADA and FMLA compliance, military leave, retaliation, employee discipline and wage and hour issues. Ms. Cook is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and State University of New York at Fredonia.

Rebecca M. Speno is a Real Property attorney who focuses her practice on real property exemption and valuation issues, representing individual and large corporate property owners and lessees, municipalities and school districts in real property tax assessment appeal proceedings before both administrative assessment review boards and in Supreme Court. Ms. Speno is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law and Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
