Alyssa is a business attorney who works with corporate clients on an array of business-related matters.

Alyssa's practice focuses on assisting clients with general corporate and transactional matters, including general business counseling, corporate governance, and formation and dissolution. She also advises clients in the cannabis industry on regulatory and business matters.

During her time at the Syracuse University College of Law, Alyssa gained intellectual property law experience as a student attorney for the Transactional Law Clinic where she worked on various trademark matters and counseled clients on general business and not-for-profit issues. She also served as a senior research associate at the Innovation Law Center/ New York State Science and Technology Law Center, where she completed the Technology Commercialization Curricular Program and informed clients on various intellectual property, market, and regulatory issues including patentability, licensing, freedom to operate, and FDA compliance.
