Profile

Andrew focuses his practice in the areas of business restructuring, creditors' rights, bankruptcy and commercial transactions. He represents debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, and creditors’ committees in every aspect of the chapter 11 bankruptcy process including filing plans for reorganization, obtaining debtor-in-possession financing and section 363 sales.

Prior to joining Bond, Andrew interned with the Office of the United States Trustee and with Chubb Limited in their Office of General Counsel. These two experiences give Andrew a unique insight into how large corporations view legal issues and the values the U.S. Trustee applies in supervising the bankruptcy process, which allows him to provide the highest quality of service to his clients in chapter 11 cases.
