Catherine concentrates her practice in health care law and collaborates on complex projects for clients seeking to maintain their lead or enhance their position within the health care and long term care markets. 

Catherine has experience working with corporate clients to advise health care corporations on business matters. Her practice includes reviewing and counseling on compliance programs, drafting and reviewing affiliation agreements, drafting and revising service and supplemental staffing agreements, counseling on health information privacy and federal and state regulations pertaining to protected health information and advising clients on enforcement actions with state regulatory agencies.
