Christopher also handles a variety of real estate matters, including rights to real property, including adversarial situations involving multiple parties or owners. He also assists in loan origination and compliance, and has extensive experience in distressed real estate matters, including foreclosures, short sales and lender workouts, with an emphasis on creditors rights relating to real property, both prior-to and during any bankruptcy proceedings.
Christopher also assists in advising public agencies in following required formalities to comply with various legal issues, including compliance with Florida's Sunshine Law, Public Records Law, Code of Ethics, Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act and other government procurement requirements.
