Christopher advises clients on a wide range of business issues, focusing on corporate law for small and mid-size business entities, including preparation of the necessary agreements relating to the formation and governance of various business entities. Christopher also handles fundamental business changes that may occur, including mergers, business sales and dissolutions, as well as customizing entities that are to be used within the estate planning needs of clients.

Christopher also handles a variety of real estate matters, including rights to real property, including adversarial situations involving multiple parties or owners. He also assists in loan origination and compliance, and has extensive experience in distressed real estate matters, including foreclosures, short sales and lender workouts, with an emphasis on creditors rights relating to real property, both prior-to and during any bankruptcy proceedings.
