David works on a wide array of litigation matters and is passionate about advocating for his clients in and out of the courtroom. David assists Bond attorneys on a wide range of litigation matters on behalf of individuals, corporations, insurance companies and public entities. He has experience in researching and preparing various litigation documents, negotiating on behalf of his clients and arguing before the courts of New York State.

Prior to joining Bond, David worked for the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division, Fourth Department. In this role, he conducted research on a wide variety of legal issues and made recommendations to the Court on how it should decide arguments raised by the parties. He also discussed recommendations with Justices who both agreed and disagreed with his conclusions. He was also an associate attorney at a small firm in New York, where he prepared for and participated in a wide array of civil litigation matters in New York Supreme Court.
