Before joining Bond, Davis practiced with Florida and Indiana law firms, where he represented national and regional developers, businesses and property owners in a wide range of real estate matters. He has worked on sophisticated development projects involving infrastructure improvements, easements, utility matters, lot line adjustments and other property-related agreements. Earlier in his career, Davis served as a judicial intern for Judge Robert R. Altice of the Indiana Court of Appeals, where he assisted in drafting judicial opinions and observed appellate proceedings.
