Demitrios (“Jimmy”) represents clients in all aspects of commercial and employment litigation in state and federal courts. 

Jimmy focuses his litigation practice on matters involving contract disputes, employment discrimination claims, non-compete agreements, wage and hour laws, professional malpractice, and the Employee Retirement Income Securities Act. He also represents employers in complaints and charges before state and federal administrative agencies.

Prior to joining Bond, Jimmy interned with the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor and a boutique employment law firm on Long Island. Jimmy also participated in his law school’s Federal Litigation Clinic, where he represented indigent defendants in federal criminal litigation.
