Diana is a strategic and client-focused associate whose legal career is built on a foundation of excellence in both public service and private practice. With a unique blend of courtroom experience, academic leadership and corporate strategy, Diana brings a multidimensional perspective to her legal work.
Diana previously served as a Pro Bono Scholar with the Albany County District Attorney’s Office in the Restorative Justice Bureau. In this role, she supported innovative approaches to criminal justice reform. Her federal experience includes internships with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York and the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the U.S. District Court. In these roles, Diana researched complex legal issues, drafted judicial opinions and observed a wide range of federal proceedings. Diana also served as a Teaching Assistant in both Criminal Law and Contracts at Albany Law School.
Before entering the legal field, Diana built an impressive career at Deloitte and Grant Thornton, where she held senior leadership roles in strategy, communications and risk advisory. Her work included advising C-suite executives, leading multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives and managing global teams. She was repeatedly recognized for her leadership, including selection for Deloitte’s high-performing women’s development program and election to advisory boards focused on diversity and performance excellence.
Diana holds multiple professional certifications, including SPHR, PMP, and CISA, and is certified in advanced legal research platforms such as Lexis+ and Westlaw. Her rare combination of legal insight, business acumen and leadership experience makes her a powerful advocate and trusted advisor to clients navigating complex legal challenges.
