Diana previously served as a New York Pro Bono Scholar in the Albany County District Attorney’s Office’s Restorative Justice Bureau. Diana’s federal experience includes internships with the Honorable Lawrence E. Kahn of the Northern District of New York U.S. District Court and the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York. For her work at the United States Attorney’s Office, Diana was awarded The Jay H. Milstein Award for her leadership, professionalism, ethical judgment, strong problem-solving skills, and advocacy.
Before entering the legal field, Diana was a previous Big 4 management consultant for over a decade. Between her tenure at Deloitte and Grant Thornton, she has over fifteen years of strategic, operational, and risk management consulting experience across various industries. Her work included advising C-suite executives, leading multimillion-dollar transformation initiatives, and managing global teams for high-profile client engagements. She was repeatedly recognized for her leadership, collaboration, development of high-performing teams, and high-quality client service, which included selection for Deloitte’s high-performing women’s leadership program and election to advisory boards focused on performance excellence.
In addition, Diana holds multiple professional certifications: she is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
