Dustin advises a broad range of businesses on various corporate issues. His practice focuses on assisting clients with general corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, formation and dissolution, corporate governance and general business counseling. Dustin has experience reviewing and preparing contracts that help clients mitigate risk, including stock/asset purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, employment agreements, security agreements and promissory notes. 

Prior to joining Bond, Dustin attended Syracuse University College of Law where he served as a teaching and research assistant for Professor Elizabeth August, an Executive Editor for Syracuse Law Review and an Academic Success Fellow. Dustin also served as a summer law clerk to Honorable Bernadette T. Clark, Oneida County Supreme Court Justice and externed for the City of Syracuse Office of Corporation Counsel.
