Liz advises businesses and nonprofits on corporate and transactional matters.
Liz’s practice includes drafting organizational documents for business formation and governance, assisting in corporate reorganizations and succession planning, and providing general corporate counseling.
During law school, Liz externed for two federal judges in the Northern District of New York and the Southern District of California, served as Lead Articles Editor for the Syracuse Law Review, and was a student attorney at the SU Law Bankruptcy Clinic.
Liz also obtained a Masters of Public Administration degree from the Syracuse University Maxwell School, which focused on policy development and core principles of governmental functions.
Prior to law school, Liz worked as a paralegal and legal assistant at two boutique intellectual property firms located in Boston, MA and Albany, NY.
