Eric is a seasoned litigator and is involved in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trials and appeals. He has experience in both state and federal court in New York and in Florida. He has represented clients in employment disputes, contract disputes and civil fraud disputes, among other types of cases.

Prior to joining Bond, Eric was an attorney at Lazer, Aptheker, Rosella & Yedid and before that served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arlene R. Lindsay, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York.
