Greg is an experienced litigator and counselor with more than 30 years of experience. He represents clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including health care, hospitality, retail, education and staffing.

He has substantial experience with class and collective actions. Greg applies creative and practical strategies for obtaining successful early resolutions of class and collective actions through motions for dismissal and summary judgment, favorable settlement or by defeating class action certification. He has successfully handled various class actions including those related to the wage and hour laws, the anti-discrimination laws, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Genetic Information Non-Discrimination Act, common law contract and others. Greg has been retained as an expert in class action litigation, and he regularly consults with clients and publishes respecting class action avoidance. Greg is co-chair of the firm’s class and collective action litigation practice.

Greg is an accomplished author and his articles have appeared in publications of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association and in the New York Law Journal. He is a featured speaker at seminars sponsored by organizations such as the Greater New York American Corporate Counsel Association, the New York State Bar Association and the Association for Healthcare Risk Managers of New York, Inc. (AHRMNY).
