James represents employers before administrative agencies and federal courts in a broad range of employment claims, including those arising under Title VII, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act and other statutes addressing the legal obligations of employers.

Additionally, James counsels employers on a variety of labor and employment issues to maintain compliance with state and federal employment statues. He also advises and assists employers in internal investigations of employment matters, including discrimination and harassment complaints.
