He has experience working on private equity investment agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements and disclosure schedules. He is also familiar with SEC filings and has conducted research on federal and various states’ securities laws.
In addition, James assists Bond attorneys in property matters including sales of real property, commercial and industrial sites, commercial development, title proceedings and landlord-tenant disputes.

Prior to joining Bond, James was an attorney with several law firms where he also focused on corporate legal matters, including working on various types of contracts, due diligence and research projects. Before being admitted to the New York State Bar, James was a legal intern for the Nashville Department of Law and the New York State Attorney General Office.
