Jason brings extensive experience in a wide range of litigation matters, with an emphasis on managing labor and employment matters. Jason assists employers in navigating the complexities associated with the successful operation of their business, including wage and hour disputes, employee discrimination, retaliation and breach of employee agreements.
Jason also counsels employers in various industries with new hire documents and onboarding processes, the development and maintenance of personnel policies, reorganizations and reductions-in-force, sexual harassment and workplace conduct rules, wrongful discharge and other workplace requirements. In addition, Jason has experience litigating prevailing wage violations before the New York State Department of Labor.
Prior to joining Bond, Jason was a partner in a law firm focusing on defense litigation for metropolitan medical centers, teaching institutions and physician practice groups.
