Jason represents colleges, universities and student-athletes nationwide in NCAA enforcement, eligibility, compliance and athletics regulatory matters.
Jason has extensive experience in intercollegiate athletics and NCAA regulatory matters after serving as an athletics compliance officer at a major NCAA Division I institution and in various positions at the NCAA National Office including as an NCAA investigator and member of the NCAA Academic and Membership Affairs staff. His unique experience assists clients address potential athletics compliance issues from a variety of perspectives to ensure the best possible outcomes. He has represented and consulted with numerous colleges and universities at all NCAA levels including Pac 12, Big 12, Southeastern Conference, Big 10 and ACC institutions. Jason's work includes:

- Athletics department policies and procedures evaluation

Jason has presented several cases before the NCAA Division I, II and III Committees on Infractions involving unethical conduct, head coach control, failure to monitor and lack of institutional control. During his tenure at the NCAA, Jason investigated and resolved NCAA major infractions cases, determined whether violations should be categorized as major (Level I or II) or secondary (Level III or IV), and addressed a variety of issues related to prospective student-athletes' recruitment, amateurism and initial-eligibility. As a member of the NCAA Academic and Membership Affairs Staff, Jason assisted Division I, II and III with all aspects of the NCAA regulatory environment including Legislative Relief Waivers, Initial- and Continuing- Eligibility Waivers and Interpretations of NCAA legislation.
A former football student-athlete, Jason was a four-year letterman, team captain and two-time NAIA All-American Scholar-Athlete at Baker University.
