Javid has appeared before state courts and administrative agencies such as the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation, the NYS Department of State, and NYS Department of Labor. Javid has successfully overturned wrongful denials of municipal and environmental permits and defended challenged permits through Article 78 reviews, declaratory judgment actions, and appellate review.
