Jeffrey concentrates his practice in energy, environmental, general corporate and compliance matters. He handles a wide variety of relationship issues involving energy markets and environmental compliance, as well as general corporate matters, including antitrust.
Jeffrey has represented utilities in their interconnections with developers and the NYISO and has been involved in numerous interactions between utilities, their customers and energy service companies in the retail market. He has also represented utilities in major construction projects. Before joining the firm, he was Managing Attorney and Compliance Officer at Rochester Gas and Electric Corporation and New York State Electric and Gas Corporation, where he directed the day to day legal and compliance affairs of the companies for over eighteen years.
