Jocelyn represents clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration and estate controversies. She drafts estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, health care proxies and powers of attorney.

Prior to joining Bond, Jocelyn worked with the City Attorney for the City of Tonawanda on estate planning, real estate and municipal matters. While in law school she was a law clerk at the Office of the Principle Legal Advisor, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Department of Homeland Security; as well as with the U.S. Attorney’s Office of Western New York.
