Jonathan is a registered patent attorney with a strong focus on patent litigation and the technical analysis that drives successful outcomes in court. He represents clients at every stage of litigation, from early case assessment through discovery, claim construction, dispositive motions and trial, drawing on both his engineering background and his experience navigating complex technologies.

His litigation practice is complemented by deep experience in patent prosecution, particularly in electrical and software technologies, where he drafts and prosecutes U.S. and international patent applications. In addition, Jonathan prepares novelty, freedom‑to‑operate and validity opinions, guiding clients both on protecting their own innovations and managing risks while bringing products to market.

Jonathan also advises clients on protecting and enforcing their brands. He manages global trademark portfolios, prepares and prosecutes domestic and international trademark applications and represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
