Karen manages the Naples and West Palm Beach offices. In addition to this, Karen is a paralegal in the firm’s litigation department and prides herself in her ability to handle a large case load and a multitude of tasks and assignments. 

Karen has extensive litigation experience in complex commercial/business litigation, employment related matters, trusts and estates and personal injury. She also has experience in both criminal and family law matters. Karen has been involved in all areas of litigation from investigation to appeal, including extensive trial assistance in both state and federal courts. 

In addition to federal and state court practice, Karen also has experience in preparing and filing responses to administrative complaints made to the Florida Department of Business Professional Regulation, Department of Insurance, Better Business Bureau, as well as other governmental agencies. 

Karen’s responsibilities include managing large complex litigation files; electronic discovery and document production; communications with clients; drafting pleadings, motions, discovery demands and responses, and other documents; trial exhibits and research memoranda; assistance in preparation for depositions, arbitrations, hearings and trials in both state and federal court actions.

Karen is civic minded and is very involved in the community. She has served as PTO President for many years, has run fund raisers for the Marco Island Rotary Club as well as the local elementary, middle and high schools.
