Kim serves as chief operating officer of Bond.Her focus lies in leading firmwide operational strategy and championing innovation that enhances client service and optimizes internal efficiencies. She oversees day-to-day operations and fosters collaboration across the firm’s attorneys and staff to support productivity and professional growth. Kim chairs several firm committees, including the diversity committee and the well-being committee, demonstrating her commitment to driving innovation and cultivating talent.
Since joining Bond in 2020 as attorney professional development and diversity officer, Kim has served in key leadership roles—including chief strategy officer—guiding strategic initiatives and working closely with Bond’s management committee and firm leadership to implement forward-thinking solutions and drive firm growth. She has also played a key role in strategic hires of C-suite and senior professionals at Bond and throughout her career. Kim’s breadth of experience includes managing teams and budgets across diverse settings. Kim is an attorney admitted to practice in New York. She is also the host of the firm’s podcast, Legally Bond.
