As part of Bond’s Collegiate Sports practice, Meghan assists NCAA member institutions and student-athletes in a variety of NCAA compliance related matters. Meghan’s current practice focuses on NCAA infractions cases, student-athlete eligibility matters and athletics compliance assessments. Her relevant NCAA work experiences, along with her time as a NCAA Division I student-athlete, make her an effective advocate for clients involved in NCAA compliance and infractions matters.    

Prior to joining Bond, Meghan served as a Postgraduate Intern with the NCAA enforcement staff providing case support in the investigation and processing of violations of NCAA legislation. Her work with the staff included reviewing and processing self-reported Level III/secondary violations and providing case support to investigators on Level I and II infractions cases. While enrolled at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, Meghan completed two legal externships at the NCAA in Academic and Membership Affairs and Enforcement, and she spent a summer as a clerk at Bond. Meghan also served as vice president of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
