Representative Matters

  • French v. Erie County Board of Election (WDNY 12/12/2018). Following a trial before a USDC Judge, successfully obtained a dismissal of plaintiff’s claims alleging plaintiff was terminated in retaliation for filing a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
  • Newman et. al v. County of Niagara (WDNY 6/19/18) Fair Labor Standard Act Claims were dismissed in the Judge’s discretion pursuant to the Declaratory Judgment Act.
  • Campbell v. National Fuel Gas Distribution Corporation, (2d Cir. 6/15/18) Affirmed decision of WDNY granting dismissal of Title VII claims for gender discrimination and hostile work environment.  
  • Taddeo v. County of Niagara, Niagara County Sheriff and Niagara County Sheriff’s Department, (2d Cir. 4/5/11)
  • Affirmed, as modified, decision of WDNY granting summary judgment dismissing complaint with claims pursuant to 42 USC §1983 and NYS Labor Law §201-d.
  • Mineweaser v. City of North Tonawanda, (WDNY 6/15/16; Docket No. 14-cv-00144)
  • Decision adopting Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge granting summary judgment and dismissing complaint with claims of discrimination and failure to accommodate under the ADA and the NYS Human Rights Law.
