Michael is an associate attorney with Bond’s litigation department. His practice focuses on commercial disputes, real property matters and insurance coverage litigation. He represents property owners, businesses and municipalities in a wide variety of matters, including real estate conflicts, contract interpretation and contract disputes.
Michael brings a meticulous research‑driven approach to every matter. He regularly analyzes complex issues arising under the New York Real Property Law and the New York Real Property Actions and Proceedings Law. With a passion for clear and effective drafting, he routinely prepares pleadings, discovery materials, dispositive motions, pre‑trial submissions and appellate briefs. Clients rely on him for his direct communication style, as well as for practical guidance concerning contractual rights, cost-effectiveness, litigation strategy and risk assessment. Prior to joining Bond, Michael worked as an associate attorney at a Syracuse law firm, gaining valuable experience in insurance defense, commercial disputes and municipal matters.
