Michelle supports a broad range of real estate, business and financial transactions, bringing extensive experience in administration, paralegal support and client service to her role. She provides thoughtful leadership and operational support to attorneys, staff and clients, helping ensure an efficient and seamless attorney-client experience.
Prior to joining Bond, Michelle was at Threlkeld Law as a legal assistant focused on estate planning matters. She is committed to maintaining the highest level of service while supporting the Bond's attorneys, staff and clients. Michelle holds a master’s degree in higher education administration and has more than a decade of experience in student advising and higher education administration at Florida International University and Miami Dade College. At Florida International University, she served as the institution’s sole pre-law advisor, guiding students through the law school admissions process and advocating for their success. Her dedication to removing financial barriers for students helped drive policy improvements at the university and earned her a university-wide Student Advocacy Award.
