Nihla focuses her practice on representing public and private sector employers in labor and employment law matters. She provides advice and counseling on all aspects of employer-employee relations from hire through separation. 

Nihla is experienced in a wide range of labor and employment matters related to arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, workplace investigations and audits, employment litigation and administrative proceedings before administrative agencies such as the New York State Department of Labor, New York State Division of Human Rights and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She also counsels employers in areas of labor and employment including harassment and discrimination prevention, policy development, employee handbook reviews, equal employment opportunity and reasonable accommodation compliance, management training, unemployment insurance matters, wage and hour compliance and workplace investigations.
