Pascale has nearly 15 years of experience in providing support in complex commercial litigation matters. Her experience includes preparing pleadings, motion papers and hearing documents. She organizes pleadings and case filings, managing voluminous discovery, including managing delivery and receipt of substantial document productions, and drafting shells for discovery requests and responses. 

She also has prepared subpoenas, summonses, motions, affidavits and legal notices, as well as conducted lien and real estate searches in various legal databases.
